This program is a yearlong program that is one to two days per month. It focuses on callings, the heritage of the particular profession, relationships and getting to know self, creating spiritual environments, diversity, community, different professions within the profession. It challenges the attendee to take hold of their own career and happiness in making decisions to reconnect with their calling in a healthy and joyful way. This program requires the coordinator and speaker for each session. It is rich in experiential exercises, ritual, dialogue and building a sense of community among the participants.  Each session can accommodate 30-40 people and can be done simultaneously in varying geographic areas.

The Most Intimate Relationship-Do you know you?

Our relationship with ourselves is the most intimate relationship we form and yet there is little attention paid to this critical friendship. Having a healthy, whole and nourished relationship with self is the basis for happy relationships with others. True joy in life springs from the time we spend finding and speaking our truths, however, this requires an intensive introspective process. This workshop is designed to continue a lifelong process of getting to know yourself in a more intimate way. It utilizes experiential exercises, our relationship to our shadow self and journaling to guide you in this process. This is an energizing retreat that we hope will leave you feeling more in tune with your soul and provide you with tools to continue the discovery of self.  This is a two-day retreat.

Release Anger and Feel Peace:

Anger is an emotion we frequently are uncomfortable with and have trouble dealing with in an effective way. Frequently, we establish patterns in a relationship that leave us feeling angry and frustrated. We can sense a feeling of hopelessness in being able to reframe the relationship so that it is more joyful and fulfilling for both individuals. We learn to fear our anger because others may disprove of it or it may signal the necessity for change in our current situation. This workshop is an intensive retreat that will help you to release the energy of anger. You will then learn methods of dealing with anger that will break current patterns existing in your conflicted relationships. Group dialogue, sharing, interactive exercises and rituals will be utilized. This is a two-day course.

Women’s Leadership and Soul Journey:

The intent of the program is to help women find peace and grace in their style of leadership and living. This program currently includes sessions on: women’s special gifts, women’s heroes, being a gatherer, relationships with self and others, expressing creatively, callings and women’s careers, diversity, women’s health issues and alternative care, women’s sexuality, enneagrams and women’s ways of leading. Those who attend this course will have fun with many experiential exercises, rituals and they will find great companionship.
