Biographical Sketch

Alanna Brogan is a creative and compassionate leader assisting individuals and groups in identifying their authentic power.

Alanna specializes in individual and group development that deepens spirituality and the knowledge of their truths. This allows the individual or group to make effective and meaningful decisions for themselves/itself.  Leaders translate this into the creation of spiritual environments in which employees can flourish and organizations can succeed.

As a consultant, Alanna has expertise in all acute health care operations, organizational structures, visioning, strategic planning, employee relations, communication, conflict management, team building, coaching for effective leadership, integration of complex systems, systems thinking, and project management/implementation.

In relation to communities, Alanna has expertise in building consortiums working with cities, schools, hospitals, non-profits and the public.  This includes doing community outreach programs for the health of the community and population management

As a coach, mentor and guide, Alanna brings strong skills in intimacy with self, relationship building, listening, shadow work, guided imagery, reflection and ritual, and women’s sexuality.

Alanna’s background includes 30yrs experience in acute health care operations, ten years in clinical as a RN and 20yrs in management and administration. The last twenty years has afforded many opportunities for the successful facilitation of groups. Education for this includes a Bachelor’s in Nursing and A Master’s in Nursing Administration. Additionally for the past 15yrs, Alanna has practiced a spiritual path and assisted others in defining their spirituality. Preparation for this includes intense therapy, retreats and self-study.
